When the storage is full, you'll see an alert (in the Camera Events section) and the storage capacity bar in the top-right corner will turn red and show 100%.
If the video camera solution storage is full, you won't be able to save new camera events, remotely download video footage from any camera's memory card, or create shareable links.
How storage works
To keep important videos in one place we provide a cloud storage service.
In the storage, we store:
Saved Camera Events;
Downloaded video files from Memory Card.
The storage capacity is determined by adding up the sizes of all videos that have been saved. If the total size of the saved videos exceeds the available storage capacity, some videos should be deleted or the storage plan should be upgraded.
✅ All our clients get free storage space of 1 GB (plan: Basic).
Currently, the used storage space can be seen at the top of Camera Events solution.

To see daily statistics regarding the received events and used storage space click SETTINGS besides the Storage bar on the right side.
Avoid losing any important data due to full storage in your account by opting for an instant storage upgrade through the Subscriptions service.
