Filter options

Use the filters on the top part of the Driver Documents section to quickly find the documents you need. You can filter by depot and by status.

Here's what each status means:

Open

The document is created and the expiration date is not reached.

Inactive

The document is added but the starting date has not yet come.

Due soon

The expiration date soon will be reached. Depends on how many days are specified for notifying before the end date.

Completed

Documents that have been completed (saved for future records).

Expired

Documents that still haven't been completed and the expiration date is reached.

✅ To view more documents on a single page, select the desired number of rows per page at the left bottom.

Customize the section

  1. Go to Driver Management ➡ Driver documents.

  2. Click on the Settings button at the top right of the documents table.

  3. Choose which columns you want to display by enabling or disabling each toggle button.

  4. Click SAVE to confirm.
