Certain vehicle documents are added automatically through data synchronization, such as tachograph calibration records, which are updated when new tachograph files are downloaded.

Other document types, however, require manual entry.

Currently, automatically uploaded document records are Tachograph calibration, Tehniskā apskate (Latvian technical inspection) and OCTA (Latvian compulsory vehicle insurance).
