To download a videoclip of a recording:
Go to
Cameras ➡ Memory Card and find the recording you want to download.
Select the camera channel.
Click on the timeline, on the time you want.
Click the download button on the top right corner on top of the timeline.
Enter the name of the video, select the channel from which you want to download the video, and adjust the time and length of the video as needed.
🔔 Duration is limited to a max length of 1 minute, but we can extend this for you, learn more here.
Click SAVE and you will be able to see your download task in the 'Downloaded Files' tab.
From there, find the recording you just saved and click the blue download icon
to download it to your computer.
After the video finishes downloading, it will also be visible in the Camera Events section (with the status 'Saved'). From there you can also make a sharable link to the video, learn more here.
