To download a videoclip of a recording:
Go to
Cameras ➡ Memory Card and find the recording you want to download.
Select the camera channel.
Click on the timeline, on the time you want.
Click the "Save recording" button on the top right corner on top of the timeline.
Enter the name of the video, select the channel — or channels — from which you want to download the recording, and adjust the time and length of the video as needed.

Choose how you want to save the video:
Save as a single video file:
– In the "Saved Recordings" tab, when watching the recording, you will see all selected channels play together in a single video, shown in a grid format.
- When downloaded to your computer, it will be saved as one video file with the same layout.
Save as a multi-view event:
– In the "Saved Recordings" tab, when watching the recording, it will show one channel at a time, and it will allow you to switch between channels during playback.
- When downloaded to your computer, each channel will be its own separate video file.
Click Save. You will be able to see your download task in the 'Saved recordings' tab (saving a recording may take a some time to process).
From there, when the saving task is done, click the download icon
to download it to your computer.
After the video finishes downloading, it will also be visible in the Camera Events section (with the status 'Saved'). From there you can also make a sharable link to the video, learn more here.
