There is a few ways to activate or disable BLE devices:
Editing a BLE device from the "Saved" tab
Clicking the "Activate" button from the "Scanned" tab
✅ To add BLE tags to your account, please contact your Sales Manager or our Customer Support team.
While editing the BLE device
To edit BLE device settings:
Go to
Settings ➡ BLE devices settings and on the 'Saved' tab.
From here there's two options:
If your device has an asset assigned to it: Click "Edit".
If your device doesn't have an asset assigned to it: Click "Assign"
Next to "Tracking" mark the toggle button how you need it to be:
Disabled
Activated
Click the Save button.
From the 'Scanned' tab
BLE devices can also be activated by going to 
Settings ➡ BLE devices settings and then to the 'Scanned' tab and then clicking on the ACTIVATE button on the right side.
