There is a few ways to activate or disable BLE devices:
Editing a BLE device
Clicking the button in the 'Scanned' tab
🔔 Also, when making a new BLE device directly from a unit's settings window, the BLE device will automatically be Active. Learn more here.
While editing the device
Go to
Settings ➡ BLE devices settings and on the 'Saved' tab.On the right side of the table, click the Edit button.
Next to "Tracking status" turn the toggle button how you need it:
Disabled
Activated
Click the SAVE button.
From the 'Scanned' tab
BLE devices can also be activated by going to 
Settings ➡ BLE devices settings and then to the 'Scanned' tab and then clicking on the ACTIVATE button on the right side.
