The export feature allows you to download Worktime's Overview or Tracked Activities data as Excel files. This makes it easy to review work hours, task durations, locations, and vehicle usage for specific clients or projects within a selected time period.
To open the export options window:
Go to
Driver Management ➡ Worktime.
In the Overview or Tracked Activities tab, click the
Excel icon to the right of the filters.
📘 The default report type is determined by the tab where you open the exporting menu. Filters in the Export pop-up are pre-selected based on the filters applied in the selected tab.
Overview Report
When you select the report type 'Overview', you can generate a default Excel file or customize the report based on available settings to fit your specific needs.
In the exported file, base on your configured work hours, you will see these default columns:

Norma - required work hours
Overtime - extra worked hours (beyond normal work hours)
Sum - total worked hours
🔔 The maximum period you can select for the 'Overview' report is one month, with the option to freely choose the starting date.
Additionally, for the 'Overview' report, you can include Unproductive / Break time.
📘 Unproductive or personal time is not included by default in the 'Overview' report. If added, it will not be counted in the total summary or considered as worktime.
Tracked Activities Report
When you select the report type 'Tracked activities', you can generate a default Excel file or customize the report based on available settings to fit your specific needs.
In the exported file, the following default columns will be included:

Continued activity from previous - if this tracked activity or worktime continues from the last activity tracked
You can also include these additional columns:
Vehicle used during time tracking: Reflects information about the vehicles selected by the driver or employee during the tracked activity.
Comments: Enables the inclusion of comments added by employees for each activity.
Unproductive / Break time: Includes unproductive or personal time during the shift in the report, as this is not included by default in the 'Tracked activities' report.
Start / End object: If the Start/End address is within an object created in your account, this option will indicate which object the activity started or ended in.
🔔 The maximum period you can select for the 'Tracked activities'' report is 6 months.
Generate and download reports
Once you have selected all the filters and additional options to be included in the report, click the Export button.
✅ Report generation time varies based on data volume. Smaller datasets generate instantly, while larger ones are processed in the background. A pop-up notification will alert you once the report is ready.
To download the report, click Download now in the pop-up notification.
If you miss the pop-up, find and download the report under Notifications in the top right corner.
