Create Mapon API key for Project44 integration
To create API key for Project44 integration:
Go to Settings → API Keys. and click CREATE API KEY at the top right.
Enter the name of the key in the comments section to identify its purpose (e.g., "Project44 Integration").
Set the required permissions, granting API access only to specific vehicles, vehicle groups, or actions, as needed.
If selecting specific vehicles, choose them from the Available vehicles.
Alternatively, select a group from the Vehicle groups.
Configure the available data in the API by allowing only the
unit/listmethod in the Available actions list for Project44 integration.
Review all the details and click SAVE to complete the configuration.
After saving, find and copy the newly created API key for the Project44 setup.
Set up Project44 integration with Mapon in Project44
To set up Project44 integration with Mapon:
Log in to your Project44 account to connect with your Mapon account.
Go to the ELD/GPS menu and click CREATE.
Select Mapon from the list of telematics providers.
Follow the instructions on the left side of the pop-up to enter your Mapon API key.
