If the integration does not work as expected:

  • Ensure the vehicle's tracking device is online and the vehicle is actively driving.

  • Wait at least 15 minutes after setting up the integration for the changes to take effect.

If the issue persists:

  • Contact the Mapon Support Team and provide the API key created in Mapon and used for Project44 Integration.

  • If possible, include a screenshot of the Project44 setup to assist Mapon Support Team in resolving the issue.
