If the integration does not work as expected:
Ensure the vehicle's tracking device is online and the vehicle is actively driving.
Wait at least 15 minutes after setting up the integration for the changes to take effect.
If the issue persists:
Contact the Mapon Support Team and provide the API key created in Mapon and used for Project44 Integration.
If possible, include a screenshot of the Project44 setup to assist Mapon Support Team in resolving the issue.
