Troubleshooting Ordrestyring integration issues

API token issues

If your Ordrestyring integration in Mapon stops working—due to issues on the Ordrestyring side or a request from Mapon to update the API token—you may need to replace the current token with a new one.

Step 1: Request a New API Token

Contact Ordrestyring Support or your Ordrestyring representative and request a new API token for the integration.

Step 2: Update the API Token in Mapon

Once you have the new API token, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Integrations → Ordrestyring integration.

  2. Click Update token in the top-right corner.

  3. In the pop-up window, paste the new API token provided by Ordrestyring.

  4. Click Update to confirm.

🔔 Important! If the token is marked as invalid, please double-check it with Ordrestyring to make sure it is correct and active.

After updating the token, all previously enabled or disabled vehicle statuses will remain unchanged. You can continue using the integration without needing to re-enable vehicles.
