Easily plan Tasks and Routes

You can create tasks and build the best routes for your drivers. The system helps you plan efficient routes and add stops for things like gas or breaks. You can also make sure the routes are suitable for your specific vehicles.

Watch everything happen live

You can see where your vehicles are and how tasks are progressing in real time. This lets you spot problems like a driver going off-route before they get bigger. You can also check on driver work time to help you plan their schedules better.

Stay connected and organized

The system links up with your other company systems (TMS) via API. This makes it easy to send information back and forth. You can also easily change tasks and routes or prepare new ones for later.

Simple trailer management

The platform has special tasks for when a driver connects or disconnects a trailer. This helps you keep track of your trailers and move tasks to a different truck if a trailer is swapped.

After a job is done, you can look at the data to compare the planned route with the actual route the driver took. This helps you see how good your planning was.

You get a simple mobile app with navigation built just for your vehicle. The maps work even when you don't have internet, so you won't get lost in areas with bad signal.

Get all your Task info in one place

The app gives you all the details for your pre-planned routes and tasks in real time. This means you always know what you need to do next without any guessing.

Communicate and handle paperwork easily

You can use the app to communicate directly with your dispatcher for quick questions. You can also scan delivery documents and send them to the office immediately (currently available only with TMS integrations via API).

The Tasks Management solution is tightly integrated with other Mapon tools to provide a complete workflow. The Online Map, powered by HERE, gives users a real-time view of vehicle locations, road traffic, and route conditions — essential for monitoring task execution on the move. All vehicles visible within the solution are managed in the Fleet Management section, where you define their details. The solution also relies on Driver accounts and the Mapon Driver app, which enables drivers to receive routes, view tasks, and report progress from the field — ensuring smooth coordination between the office and mobile teams.
