What do the route colours mean on the Task Management solution map?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When viewing a planned route with tasks in progress in the Task Solution, the platform shows the full route on the map, with all task locations and connecting segments. Each part of the route is colour-coded to reflect the status of the tasks and the progress along the planned route.

Route colour indicators

  • ⬜ Grey – Marks route segments between tasks that have already been completed.

  • 🟩 Green – Shows the segment related to the task currently in progress.

  • 🟦 Blue – Highlights all remaining route segments between tasks that are still to be completed.

This colour logic also appears in the task list panel next to the map, giving you a clear visual reference for route progress and task status.

Route deviation

If the vehicle deviates from the planned route, you may notice the actual driven path does not match the coloured segments. This allows you to detect route deviations visually and understand whether the driver is still following the intended task sequence or has taken a different path.

By using these colours, you can quickly assess:

  • Which tasks are done, ongoing, or pending

  • The vehicle’s current position in the task flow

  • Any irregularities in route execution

This helps dispatchers and managers make quick, informed decisions during daily operations.
