How to add an existing Task to a Route

Updated over 2 weeks ago

🔔 You can move or assign tasks only within routes of the same vehicle. To assign a task to a different vehicle, you must edit the task details.

Move a Task between Routes

To move an existing task from one route to another within the same vehicle:

  1. Go to Online Map → Tasks.

  2. Find and click on the relevant vehicle card (use group filters or scroll the list).

🔔 Do not click on the licence plate — it will open the vehicle profile, and do not click on the driver’s name — it will open the driver profile.

  3. Locate the task:

    • If it’s in a planned route: expand Planned, then expand the route.

    • If it’s in an unplanned route: expand Drafts, then expand the route.

  4. Find the task and open the three-dot menu on the right of the task row.

  5. Click Move to route.

  6. Select the destination route ID to move the task immediately.

Add unassigned Task to a Route

To add an unassigned draft task to a route:

  1. Go to Online Map → Tasks.

  2. Find and click on the relevant vehicle card (use group filters or scroll the list).

🔔 Do not click on the licence plate — it will open the vehicle profile, and do not click on the driver’s name — it will open the driver profile.

  3. Expand Drafts and find the task(s) in the Tasks list below.

  4. Open the three-dot menu (on any selected task, if assigning multiple tasks).

✅ To add several, tick the checkboxes next to each task, or use Select all button at the top of the list.

  5. Click Move to route.

  6. Select the destination route ID to add the task(s) immediately.

Remove a Task from a Route

If you need to remove a task from either a planned or drafted route, first open the vehicle’s route in the Planned or Drafts section. Locate the task you want to remove, click the three-dot menu on the right side of the task row, and select Move to unassigned.

The task will then be moved out of the route and placed in the unassigned tasks list, under Drafts section.
