Follow these steps in the Mapon web platform to review completed routes and their tasks:
Go to
Online Map → History.
In the left-hand dropdown, select the vehicle you want to review.
Choose a day or other period to filter completed routes.
In the filtered list, find the required route and click it to expand.
You’ll see the list of completed tasks for that route, followed by Route analytics.
Route analytics
In the table below, you’ll find a description of each parameter in Route analytics.
Parameter | Description |
Planned total distance | The planned distance calculated using HERE maps and vehicle type. |
Actual total distance | The distance actually driven. |
Distance deviation | The difference between the planned and actual distance. It also shows the percentage compared to the planned distance. |
Total planned time | The planned duration based on HERE maps traffic data, speed restrictions by vehicle type, and each task’s planned due time. |
Total actual time | The duration calculated from driver actions in the Mapon Driver app when tasks were marked as completed, together with the driving time between tasks in the route. |
Time deviation | The difference between the planned and actual time. It also shows the percentage compared to the planned time. |
Empty km without cargo | The distance from the vehicle’s position at the moment the first task was started to the location of that first task. |
📘 In Route analytics, distance and time deviations are highlighted: green if the actual values are shorter than planned, and red if they are longer.
Map view
On the right, you’ll see the planned route on the map. Any route deviations are shown in orange, representing the actual path the driver took.
