How to check purchases in HU-GO

Check road purchases in HU-GO

If you need to verify whether a road segment was paid for, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the HU-GO platform.
    ​

  2. Go to the "Purchases" section and search for the vehicle that received a fine alert.
    ​

  3. Review the list of purchases for that vehicle.
    ​

  4. Open any purchase to view detailed road sections.
    ​

    • Click Next on the right side of each purchase to see more details.

  5. Scroll down and open the purchased road sections on the map.
    ​

  6. Zoom in to find the moment related to the fine alert.
    ​

✅ If the road segment is purchased, no further action is needed.

Check toll road usage in Mapon

To see if the vehicle used Hungarian toll roads:

  1. View vehicle's Route history in the Vehicle Data Panel.
    ​

  2. Turn on the HU-GO roads layer on the map.
    ​

  3. Compare the driven toll road parts with HU-GO purchases.

🔔 If HU-GO still shows no purchase 5 days later for toll roads seen in Mapon, contact Mapon Support Team to investigate and, if possible, resend the route data (coordinates).
