In addition to viewing recordings along a specific route, you can also search for recordings by address.
Simply enter an address in the right side map, and you’ll instantly see if there are any recordings available for that location, making it quick and easy to find the footage you need.
Check an address
Go to
Cameras -> Memory card
On the left side, select a vehicle and a date for the recording you need.
At the top, select the channel containing the recording.
On the right side map, type in the address in the search bar .
A pop-up will appear, click one of the timestamps of recordings.
Click the "Play" button on the video player.
🔔 If no timestamps appear, it means there are no recordings for the selected vehicle, date, or address (or a combination of these).
If there is timestamps, but the video does not appear, the video might be recorded on a different channel.
