When you create a route by selecting an address, the system automatically calculates the Fastest route by default.
If you would prefer a different option, you can generate alternative routes to see other possible options.
Depending on the route, this may include an Economy route or up to two additional alternatives.
Generate and choose alternatives
After creating a route with tasks, our system will calculate the fastest route, if you want to generate and choose alternative routes:
Under your route click on the "Find alternative routes" button under the route block.
Wait for them to generate and then click "View alternatives".
Choose an alternative route, and then click "Apply route"
Confirm by clicking "Yes, apply".
After this, the new alternative route will be applied.
✅ To choose another alternative, click the "View alternatives" button to choose again.
