What is the "Condition" column for? What does each condition mean?

The Condition column — in the "Downloaded files" section, in the Drivers and Vehicles tabs — shows the result of the signature verification for each tachograph file.

When a DDD file (the tachograph data file) is downloaded from a vehicle or a driver card, the file contains cryptographic signatures that prove the data hasn’t been changed.

After a file is downloaded, our system verifies these signatures.

The Condition column includes all download attempts — even the failed ones.

It helps you:

  • Understand why a file is available, has issues, or is missing

  • Spot failed download attempts and investigate them

  • Identify possible hardware or connection problems

  • Download invalid files to show them to a repair center

Condition statuses

Based on this check, each entry gets one of these statuses:

Status

Color

Meaning

Valid

Green

The file is verified and compliant.
It’s available for download and use.

Warning

Yellow

The file is usable, but has minor verification issues (for example, an empty or missing technical signature).

The warning is recorded.

Invalid

Red

The signatures are broken, for example because of corrupted data or certificate issues. The file is not compliant.

For remote downloads, you can still download the file to show it to a repair center.

From the platform, to quickly see what each status means, hover over the information icon next to the Condition column title.

Filtering by condition

You can also filter your files by their condition status to focus only on valid, warning, or invalid entries, as well as view all conditions at once.

🔔 When filtering by a specific vehicle or driver, invalid entries (red) are not shown, because they don’t have that data, only the error was recorded.
