You can choose which camera channels each person in your account can view.
For example, you can give a dispatcher access to the road-facing camera only, while a safety manager can see all channels.
This applies to the Memory card, Livestream, and Camera events sections. If you don’t give someone access to a camera channel, they can’t see its livestream, videos or events in any of these solutions.
This way, each person sees only the video they need for their work, and your sensitive footage stays protected. You can give or remove access at any time.
How to give or revoke access
🔔 You can only manage camera channel access for users with Limited access rights. Users with full access rights can always see all camera channels.
Go to
Settings -> Users.
Find the user you want to update.
Click on the Edit button at the end of the table.
Select the "Access rights" tab, then "Modules".
Click on "Cameras" and select the camera solution they need.
Select the camera channels they should have access to.
Click the Save button at the bottom.
