How to generate and send feedback to your drivers — Driver Coaching

Follow the steps below to generate an AI-assisted message, review it, and send personalized guidance to help your drivers improve.

  1. Go to Driver Management -> Driver Coaching.
    ​

  2. Open a driver's data:
    ​

    • Select the driver's name from the filters at the top.
      ​

    • Or, scroll down to the Leaderboard, and click on a driver's name.
      ​

  3. Select the time period you want to coach about, from the filters at the top, and click "Save" to apply.
    ​

  4. Click the "Draft Message to Driver" on top of the graph.
    ​

  5. Wait for AI to analyze and generate a feedback message for your driver (based on their performance data and possible improvements).
    ​

  6. Edit the message if you need, and select the topics covered to categorize the conversation.
    ​

  7. Choose how to send it to your driver, you can either:
    ​

    • Click "Copy to clipboard", send the message through your preferred communication channel (WhatsApp, email, SMS, Slack, etc.). and, click "Log Coaching session" afterwards.
      ​

    • Or click, "Sent to Driver" to send it to their Mapon Driver app, via our Messaging feature.

      ✅ When using the "Send to Driver" button, the system will also automatically log this message in the coaching history.
