How to create a new user

πŸ“˜ User Management is available to existing users with administrator or unlimited access rights.

When a new employee joins your team to work with the Mapon platform, you need to create a new profile for him or her.

To create a user

  1. Go to Settings >> Users to open the user management section

  2. On the top right corner click CREATE NEW USER

  3. Under 'Profile Settings' >> Type select access type and fill out the required information in the user form

  4. You can add the text in the 'Custom fields' tab if you want to add some additional information about the user in the Custom fields column you added before

  5. For users with limited rights, available platform modules and rights to actions can be assigned in the appropriate sections of the 'Access Rights' tab.

  6. After entering all the necessary information, click SAVE.
