📘 User Management is available to existing users with administrator or unlimited access rights.

You can update you users' information and settings at any time. Adjust their data, change permissions, temporarily restrict access, block users to keep them in the list while limiting platform use, or delete them when needed.

Edit a user

🔔 The access type for administrators can't be changed.

To edit a user's information or access rights:

  1. Go to Settings ➡ Users.
    ​

  2. Find the user you want to edit.
    ​

  3. Click the Edit button on the right side of the list.
    ​

  4. The user profile will appear in a pop-up window, make all the changes you need.
    ​

  5. Click the SAVE button at the bottom.

Block a user

To temporarily block a user from using the platform:

  1. Go to Settings ➡ Users.
    ​

  2. Find the user you want to edit from the list of users.
    ​

  3. Click the Edit button on the right side.
    ​

  4. Go to the 'Profile settings' tab.
    ​

  5. Mark the "blocked" checkbox, and optionally, add a reason.
    ​

  6. Click the SAVE button at the bottom.

✅ The user profile will remain on the platform but the user won't have the access to the platform. To restore access, simply uncheck the 'Blocked' option.

​Delete a user

🔔 Users with administrator rights can't be deleted.

To completely and permanently delete a user from the platform:

  1. Go to Settings ➡ Users.

  2. Find the user you want to delete in the list.

  3. Click the Delete button on the far right side.

  4. Click Yes, delete to confirm.
