📘 User Management is available to existing users with administrator or unlimited access rights.
You can always make changes to the settings of your existing Mapon users.
You can make changes to their data or permissions, temporarily restrict their access to the platform, or even delete them.
To adjust User settings and permissions
Find the necessary user in the Users list under main Settings and click the Edit button to make changes to the user settings.
The user profile will appear in a pop-up window, allowing you to easily make any changes
When all the adjustments are made click SAVE
✅ To block access temporary check the 'Blocked' box and optionally add a reason. User remains listed but loses access.
To restore access, simply uncheck the 'Blocked' option.
📘 To delete user, find him in the Users list and find the Delete button on the far right side.
🚨 Users with administrator rights can't be deleted.
