How to update Profile Contact information?

Why is it important?

Your contact information is crucial for effective communication between you and Mapon, ensuring seamless support and service delivery.

There are instances where you may require assistance from Mapon Client Support team, such as removing a vehicle from the platform due to a sale or adding it to another customer's account. To ensure security and authenticity, requests for such actions must come from authorized users via email to [email protected]

If your request is declined because of the outdated contact details or sent from an unassociated email address, we are unable to proceed. To maintain security and ensure that requests are valid, we need to verify them from authorized Mapon users.

Also, if you want to receive important updates, it's essential to keep your contact details up to date.

πŸ”” Important! If any company details, such as the name, VAT information, legal address, or invoice email, have changed, make sure to send the updated information to Mapon Client Support.

To adjust your Contact information:

  1. In your logged in Mapon account locate your name in the top right corner and access the My account settings option from the dropdown

  2. Check to make sure that your name, last name, and current email address are accurate. If not, update it

  3. Consider adding a phone number for better communication (rest assured, we won't spam you with unnecessary calls).

  4. Click SAVE to confirm the changes you have made

πŸ“˜ If you encounter difficulties saving changes, you may need to update your password as well. Go to the 'Change Password' tab follow the prompts to set a new password.

πŸ”” Do not forget! After updating your email address, refresh your browser's saved login information and sign in to your account with your new email address in the mobile app for uninterrupted access to fleet tracking, even when you're on the go.
