The invoicing feature on the Mapon platform simplifies invoice management and payments. It lets you view, download, and pay invoices easily, while also managing payment methods for added convenience. This tool helps you stay on top of billing and ensures efficient account management.

If you are an account administrator, you can access the invoices through the Billing & Assets ➡ Invoices.

Not an Account Administrator? Request access to the Billing & Assets section from your account administrator.


Features

Billing Overview

View your billing details, including predictions of upcoming bills (1) and a complete history of past invoices (2).

Monitor the statuses of your invoices

If you have forgotten or are not sure whether the invoice has been paid by you or by a responsible employee in your company, you can check whether the invoice has been paid.

The 'Paid' status indicates that your invoice has been settled in full.

The 'Partly paid' status means that the payment we received covered only a portion of the invoice amount listed in the payment details. This status may also appear on other invoices—either newer or older—if you overpaid or underpaid compared to the amount stated on the invoice you intended to settle.

The 'Unpaid' status indicates that the invoice is not paid or your payment has not yet been received in our account.

Customize delivery preferences

Adjust your preferences for receiving invoices by locating Settings button in the upper right corner.

🔔 Keep in mind! Sending an invoice by post is a paid service and costs 5 euros + VAT.
