In the Camera Events section you will find some statuses at the top of the page, on the right side of the filter options. Here you will learn more about them.
What do they mean?
Camera events are categorized into 3 statuses, allowing users to review, save, or delete all event videos received from event DVRs.
NEW - All new events, that have not been viewed yet.
SAVED - Events that are saved and stored permanently in the storage.
DELETED - Events that will be removed in 10 days.
How it works
🔴New events will be available for the user to view them and either mark them as 🔵Saved or mark them as 🟣Deleted. If there is no action taken by a user, after 30 days, these events will switch to the 🟣Deleted status.
Events with the 🔵Saved status are kept stored permanently or until the a user marks them as 🟣Deleted.
Events with the 🟣Deleted status are kept are stored for an additional 10 days (during this time they can still be saved), after this, they will be permanently deleted.
Other ways the status will change
If you create a Camera event alert and select 'Include sharing URL with alert notification,' all events generated will automatically be of the status 🔵Saved.
If you create a shared link for a specific camera event, this event's status will automatically change from 🔴New to 🔵Saved.
If you request to download a video from Memory Card, after it's downloaded, it will also appear in the Camera Events section as an event with the status 🔵Saved.
