Our platform offers you Camera Technical Alerts to stay informed about technical issues related to camera devices. For instance, it's crucial to receive timely alerts in case of problems such as a removed memory card, device shutdown, or technical malfunctions, which can prevent the device from recording important events on the road.
You can customize your notification preferences, choosing which technical events you want to receive alerts for, and how you want to receive them — via email, SMS, or platform notifications.
How to set them up
Go to
Settings ➡ Alert settings section and Select the Camera technical alert.
On each camera alert type, select the ones you want to be alerted about.
Choose where you want to be notified — email, SMS, or platform alerts.
Click the SAVE button.
✅ Clients have the option to receive alerts either via SMS to their phones or through email. SMS alerts are recommended for critical events such as Storage abnormal behavior or Video signal loss.
🔔 Sending SMS with the triggered alerts is a paid service.
