If you see a notification in red that this email is already registered, it means that this user has registered this email on some other user profile (including other Mapon client's account). If this user should have both accounts, you will need to use a different email for this user within your company.
In case, it is a user which is also a driver in your company with access to Mapon Driver mobile app using the same email address, consider linking user with a driver. Otherwise, you will still need to use a unique email address for the user profile.
🚨 Each email address can be associated with only one user or driver account.
If none of the above applies to your situation, it is also possible that this email address is associated with the user profile of a company that no longer uses Mapon's services or whose account was closed for technical reasons (change of company details, consolidation of several accounts into one, etc.). In this case, if you are authorized to manage users you can contact Mapon Client Support and request to delete old inactive profile account. Once the inactive account is deleted, you will be able to create user with this email for your company.
