Administrator can not be deleted by another administrator profile. An administrator profile can only be blocked.

If you are currently an administrator (not a user with unlimited access rights) and you need to make sure that your previous administrator does not have access to the platform anymore, please send Mapon Client Support a request to delete the old administrator user.

If your administrator is no longer in your company, please email Mapon Client Support to inform us that they are no longer with your team. Let us know if their responsibilities should be assigned to an existing user or a new user. For a new user, please provide their name, surname, and email address.
