Administrator can not be deleted by other administrator profile. Administrator profile can be only blocked.

If you are current administrator (not only user with unlimited access rights) and you need to make sure that your previous administrator does not get his access restored, please send Mapon Client Support a request to delete the old administrator.

If currently there are no Mapon account administrators in your company, please send Mapon Client Support a signed statement that your administrator is not working anymore and delegate his duties to some other existing or a new user. In case of a new user, please give us Name, Surname and email address for the user.
