Why there is a discrepancy in live data between Thermo King and Mapon?

Due to Thermo King’s platform specifics, the data by us is received in minute intervals. It means that there could be up to a 1 minute delay between the last received data.


Can I view only some of my Thermo King devices on Mapon?

By default, the integration setup activates all of these integration units and starts the subscription charge. If you do not want to use all of the Thermo King units on the Mapon platform, click on DISABLE to cancel the subscription for a specific unit.


Why my form is not approved by Thermo King representative?

The form you are sending to your Thermo King representative must be downloaded from your Mapon account, as it contains pre-filled technical information. Also, you should not not make any changes to lines 2 and 3.
