How to unlink User and Driver profiles

There are two ways how you can unlink user and driver accounts and they are described bellow. Choose which is more suitable or convenient for you.

From the Drivers section

To unlink a user from a driver profile:

  1. Go to Driver management → Drivers.
    ​

  2. Click Edit next to the relevant driver to open the driver's profile settings.
    ​

  3. Switch to the 'User account' tab and unmark the checkbox 'Link to user'.
    ​

  4. Click SAVE to finish unlinking.

From the Users section

To unlink a driver from a user profile:

  1. Go to Settings → Users to open the user management section.
    ​

  2. Find the user in the list, and click the Edit button on the right side.
    ​

  3. Switch to the 'Profile settings' tab, and find 'Linked driver'.
    ​

  4. In the dropdown list select option 'No linked driver' to unlink current driver from the user
    ​

  5. Click SAVE to finish unlinking.

🔔 If the link is removed, the driver will retain access to all vehicles the user had access to.
