Why can't my driver access the web platform to view route-related reports?

If your driver cannot access the web platform to view route-related reports, it's likely because he hasn't been given the necessary access in his Driver profile.

To enable this, go to the driver’s profile and navigate to the User account tab. There, you can enable Access to reports on the Platform. This will allow the driver to view route-related reports in the Reports section of the web platform.

After granting access, you must enter an email address for the driver, which will be their username for logging into the platform.

✅ If your driver needs access to more reports or modules, create a User account for them and consider linking it to his Driver account, so he can use same credentials for both driver and user access.
