Most reports in Mapon offer options to save or export data as .xls or .pdf file or make a printout.
📘 The available options depend on the report's functionality and layout.
If a report contains too much data to display directly in Mapon, you may receive a pop-up notification indicating that the data will be generated in a file for later download (it usually happens within few seconds).
📘 Some reports generate external file by default.
