Alerts help you stay informed about important events related to your vehicles, drivers, and fleet.
We offer a wide range of alert types, so you can choose exactly what you want to be notified about, configure where to send them and how should they work.
Create an alert
📘 Some alert types may not be visible for your account. If you don't see the alert you're looking for, contact our Support team to have them enabled.
Go to:
Alerts, and click "Add alert".
Or,
Settings ➡ Alert settings and click "ADD NEW ALERT".
Select the type of alert you want to create.
Set up the alert's trigger conditions and other settings.
📘 You will see different configuration options depending on the alert.
Choose how you want to receive the alert (e.g., email, SMS, or WEB pop-up notification on a platform).
🔔When adding emails, they must be verified. This verification ensures that notifications are delivered successfully. Learn more below.
Choose if you want the alert to be active always, or only for a certain period.
Click SAVE to create the alert.
📘 To receive notifications on the web platform, you need to be logged into your profile.
🔔 SMS notifications are a paid service.
Verify your emails
When creating an alert, you can choose who receives the notification by adding one or more email addresses.
Before email address can receive alerts, they must be verified.
This verification ensures that notifications are delivered successfully.
Go to
Settings → Alert settings and click Edit next to your alert.
There, you can check whether all recipient email addresses have been verified or if any still require verification.
Verified | Email is verified and alerts will sucessfully be sent. |
Not verified | The email has not been verified yet. |
Pending email confirmation | Waiting for the recipient to click the link. |
Confirmation link expired | The verification link has expired. |
