You can indeed set up alerts to be sent to an email address that is not associated with a user account. When configuring notification settings for alerts, you can specify additional email addresses to receive notifications. Simply put the desired email addresses in the email bar provided in the alert settings.

If you need to add more than three additional emails, you can click Add to include them.
