Our alerts can be received as notifications on the web platform, by email, via SMS, on the active driver’s phone or email, and as in-app notifications in the manager app.
You can add any email address or phone number to receive alerts, even if it isn’t part of the platform or associated with your account.
🔔 SMS notifications are a paid service.
📘An active driver is the driver currently linked to a vehicle, either because they are assigned to it, or they have selected it in the Driver App.
Where are web platform alerts?
You will view alerts as a little pop-up at the top of the platform whenever they happen, however to view all recent platform alerts, look on the right side of the top menu bar, accessible through the
bell icon, where you can view notifications and news.
