What are the 'Global' and 'Private' object types?
Updated over a week ago

In Mapon, there are two types of objects: Global and Private, each offering different levels of access and visibility.

Global objects are visible to all users that have access to the objects or users with unlimited access. They can be created by all users with access to a Map.

Private objects are only visible and editable by the user who created them under Settings β†’ Objects, providing a more restricted level of access and privacy. User without access to Objects under Settings will not be able to create Private Objects, because all objects created directly from the Map section are always Global.

🚨 Once an object is created, its visibility cannot be changed.
