Fuel cards, are payment cards specifically designed for purchasing fuel and vehicle related expenses. On our platform, they can be used to add, manage and monitor fuel costs for the vehicles in your fleet.

The fuel cards list can be quickly accessed through the Fuel receipts section, clicking the FUEL CARDS AND INTEGRATIONS button on the top right.

Or, directly from Settings ➡ Fuel cards.

In our system, fuel cards can be utilized to automatically add fuel expenses data to the Fuel receipts section (and some fuel reports) when they are used, eliminating the need for manual entry.

All activated cards (manually added and the integrated ones) are displayed on this list.

Integrated fuel cards will be displayed with the logo of the relevant integration, while manually added fuel cards are displayed without a logo.

From the Fuel cards section, you can click on the card number and you will be redirected to the Fuel receipts section and you will be able to see all the fuel receipts attached to this specific fuel card.

You can add a Fuel integration to keep track of fuel expenses and get this data directly from your fuel station. The integration will add their own fuel cards and you will be able to choose which fuel cards you want to add use in our platform. This will help you have a seamless, real-time data collection with improved accuracy.

Fuel cards help to automatically add receipts, which you will be able to see on the Fuel receipts section. Also, if a fuel integration is added, this integration will add their fuel cards which will also show up on the fuel cards list.
