How does 'Fuel Receipts' work?
Updated this week

The Fuel Receipts section allows you to add, upload and manage the receipts of fuel expenses to our system. This helps you maintain a complete record of all fuel transactions, with the option to input detailed information and attach receipt pictures for thorough documentation. You can find it in Fuel ➡ Fuel Receipts.

Features

Have a detailed record of all fuel expenses

View all the receipts added to our system in the same place, with the ability to filter them, sort them and even export them for business purposes.

Add fuel receipts manually

Add receipts manually from the Fuel receipts section. Here you can also add a fuel subtype, and choose what fields you want to be mandatory when adding fuel receipts.

Add receipts automatically using Fuel Cards

Fuel cards automatically add receipts to our system, eliminating the need to add them manually, which enhances efficiency and effectiveness of fuel management.

Let employees add receipts from the Mapon Go app

If your employees have access to the Mapon Go mobile app, they will also be able to add fuel receipts whenever they purchase fuel for their vehicles.

Get fuel expenses directly from a fuel station

Use Fuel Integrations to get data about refuelling events such as fuel amount and total cost straight from the fueling stations. With fuel card integrations, your fuel receipts will be automatically imported to the platform to help you better organize all expenses regarding fuel refills.

Works well with..

The Fuel receipts section works together with the Fuel Cards and Fuel Integrations sections to give a complete solution for recollecting fuel expenses data and having a log of it that can be accessed, viewed and exported at any time it's needed.

The fuel expenses data can be used to compare fuel amounts to fuel data in Fuel Chart, and Fuel Summary. This can help analyze how much was bought with how much was actually refilled and consumed, according to the CAN, GPS, and Fuel sensors.
