What is the 'Fuel Chart'?
Updated this week

The Fuel chart is the first section that appears when selecting the Fuel management module. It will show you all the important fuel data for your vehicles, during the time period that is selected at the top.

✅ This will show you vehicles that have been equipped with devices with fuel data reading functionalities (CAN is connected or fuel sensors are installed).

Fuel-up/drain + Fuel receipts

On the left side, you’ll see a list of all 'Fuel-ups and drains' for the time period you’ve selected. If you want to view the amount of fuel filled during this time, according to fuel receipts, just switch to the 'Checks/receipts' tab.

Important fuel data

On the right side, you'll find a table that provides a helpful fuel overview. It shows key data such as the amount of fuel filled, drained, and consumed, along with system-generated calculations like the average consumption rate.

Learn about each data type here

  • Mileage inc. city: Mileage based on the GPS data.

  • Worktime: Time spent driving + the time spent standing with the ignition on.

  • Fuel type: The fuel type added in the vehicle profile's technical information.

  • Fueled: Amount of fuel that was fueled during the selected period based on data by fuel sensors or CAN. Data regarding fuel receipts are not calculated and displayed.

  • Drained: Amount of fuel detected by the platform as fuel drain in the selected period based on data by fuel sensors or CAN. Data regarding fuel receipts are not calculated and displayed.

  • Consumed: The amount of fuel consumed during the selected period based on data from fuel sensors or CAN.

  • Consumption norm: The fuel consumption norm must be added in the vehicle profile's technical information section otherwise data won't be displayed

Mileage (GPS) * average fuel consumption norm / 100

  • Average consumption:

Consumed fuel / Mileage (GPS) * 100 km.

The icon is displayed based on the devices installed in the vehicle:

    • - The fuel data from fuel sensors were used in the calculation.

    • - The fuel data from CAN were used in the calculation.

Quick view of the fuel graph

On the right side table you will be able to see a quick preview of a vehicle's fuel flow graph, which can quickly show how the fuel levels have been doing.

Filter and Print

At the top you will be able to filter the fuel data if you want to see a certain vehicle, vehicle group or depot, at a certain period of time.

Additionally, you can print this information by clicking the Print icon on the top right.
