This article offers full assistance in setting up your Schmitz Cargobull integration on both Mapon and TrailerConnect. By having this integration in place, you can improve the efficiency and performance of your operations.
Set up Schmitz Cargobull integration
In the main menu on the left go to Settings > Integrations.
Find and click on the integration tab
Schmitz Cargobull.
Click the "ACTIVATE INTEGRATION" button on our platform.
Review the integration and pricing terms, and agree by selecting the checkbox.
Copy the authorization key displayed after marking the checkbox.
Log in to your TrailerConnect account.
Create a data export account in TrailerConnect, following this user guide:
Find and select Mapon platform in the Provider list.
When prompted for authorization details, input the authorization key from
Step 5.
In the data selection step, choose all available data types to ensure maximum visibility of information on our platform.
Wait for trailers to appear on our platform, which may take some time as data is updated from TrailerConnect.
🔔 Keep in mind! For moving trailers, data updates every 15 minutes; for stationary trailers, data updates every 24 hours.
Manage Trailers You Need to See on Mapon
After completing the previous steps, your trailers will appear in the table on the platform.
Click the ACTIVATE button next to the trailer you want to view on Mapon. This will create a new unit and add it to a subscription pack, which will increase your monthly fee.
Once activated, we will start collecting data, and the trailers will be visible on the Online Map and in other relevant sections of the platform.
✅ To activate multiple trailers, check the boxes next to each trailer or select the top checkbox to mark all, then click ACTIVATE.
📘 To deactivate a trailer, click the DEACTIVATE button in the table. You can also deactivate multiple trailers by using the checkboxes to select several rows or by selecting the top checkbox to mark all, then clicking DEACTIVATE.
