To add a new service reminder:
In
Fleet ➡ Service reminders, click the ADD A NEW ENTRY button on the top right.
Fill in the required data like the title and licence plate of the vehicle.
Select the reminder type:
Date: Get reminded when a date approaches.
Mileage: Get reminded when certain mileage approaches.
Engine hours: Get reminded when a certain amount of engine hours approaches.
Choose how you want to be notified. Pop-up notification on the platform, as an SMS to certain phone number(s) or sent to certain email(s). Click the plus icon
to add another contact.
If you wish for this reminder to be repeat, mark this checkbox in the additional options.
Click the SAVE button.
You will see these new service reminders under the Active reminders list.
