If your OCTA or Technical Inspection records haven't updated, it could be due to a delay in data synchronization or missing vehicle registration details. Ensure that the vehicle’s registration licence number and licence plate number are correctly entered in the vehicle settings and identical to the ones indicated in e-CSDD database.
