Automatic CSDD Data Request

Normally, this process is fully automated if the registration number and license plates are entered in the vehicle settings and they are consequently renewed before or right after the expiration date.

Automatic request flow:

  • First request: 3 days before the expiry of the OCTA and the vehicle technical inspection.

  • Second request: 1 day before the expiry of the OCTA and the vehicle technical inspection.

  • Third request: 1 day after the expiry of the OCTA and the vehicle technical inspection.

  • Fourth request: 3 days after the expiry of the OCTA and the vehicle technical inspection.

  • Fifth request: 7 days after the end of the OCTA and the vehicle technical inspection.

  • Sixth request: 14 days after the end of the OCTA and the vehicle technical inspection.

🔔 Keep in mind! If new dates for the OCTA and vehicle technical inspection are received in one of the above steps, the other steps are not performed and the new dates are displayed on the platform.

Manual CSDD Data Request

In cases where CSDD data is not updated in time due to data delays, users have the option to request a manual data reload.
This feature allows you to start synchronization with the CSDD, ensuring that the Mapon platform reflects the most up-to-date information.

To request data from CSDD manually:

  1. Open 'Vehicle Settings' from the vehicle panel on a Map

  2. In the pop-up window make sure that vehicle's Registration certificate number is entered identically to the one that is stated in e-CSDD database (with or without space) in the corresponding field

  3. Find 'Force reload data from CSDD' switch and switch it to the right

  4. Click SAVE to request data from CSDD

📘 Once this information is saved, the data will be updated by CSDD within 15 minutes.

🔔 Keep in mind! A manual request can only be sent once per day.
