Updated over a week ago

The 'BLE devices settings' section is the main hub to manage all BLE devices and it's also the place where you can choose which BLE devices are activate or disabled, which will indicate which ones will collect data and be added to the bill.

You can find it in Settings ➡ BLE devices settings.

'Saved' tab

This tab is the first one that appears when going to the BLE devices settings.

In this tab you will find all the BLE devices that have been saved in this company as well as some information about them.

You will find the following information about the BLE devices on the table shown:

  • Full ID - Saved BLE device ID.

  • Serial number - Entered BLE device serial number.

  • Name - BLE device name, that will be reflected across the platform.

  • Linked unit - Reflects if a BLE device is linked with a unit.

  • Last scanned - Date and time when the device was last scanned.

  • Last address - Address where the last scanning happened. Click to view the map.

  • Radius - Scanning radius of BLE device.

  • Scanned - How many times this BLE device has been scanned.

  • Tracking status - Active or Disabled.

Here, you can also edit or delete BLE devices using the buttons on the right side.

'Scanned' tab

The 'Scanned' tab will show you the scanning events of BLE devices that have been scanned by company vehicles.

In this tab you will find the next information:

  • Full ID: the ID of the BLE devices

  • Scanned by: Which company unit has scanned it most recently

  • Last address: Location where it was scanned most recently

  • Last scanned: When was the last time it was scanned

Here, you also have the option to activate BLE devices so they are reflected across the platform. If a BLE device is activated, it will have an additional cost, learn more here.
