What are BLE 'tracking statuses'? For which devices do I have to pay?
Updated over a week ago

BLE devices can have two different tracking statuses: Active and Disabled. This status will determine whether or not there's signals and data being sent. If there's signals and data being sent there will be an additional cost.

Tracking statuses

Active: When a device is active, it will send signals to a nearby telemetry device and collect data (your company would need to pay for these).

Disabled: When a device is disabled, it will be saved but it will not send signals and collect data (your company doesn't need to pay for these).

🔔 There will be an additional charge for activating a device. Contact your client's project manager or customer support for more information.

Check their status

In Settings ➡ BLE devices settings, in the 'Saved' tab, you can filter the BLE devices by status at the top of the information table.
