In the main menu on the left, open the 'Forms' module and switch to 'Edit forms' tab.

Find the form template you want to edit or delete, then click the pencil icon next to the form to edit it, or the trash bin icon to delete it.

Make the necessary changes to the form template.

After editing, click SAVE to save the changes.
