🚨 Enabling or disabling the driver (employee) signature setting will apply this change to all forms in your account. Only the client signature can be managed at the individual form level.

  1. In the main menu on the left, open the 'Forms' module.

  2. Click the settings gear icon at the top right.

  3. Check the 'Mandatory driver signature' box to require a driver (employee) signature on all forms, or uncheck it to exclude the signature requirement.

  4. Click SAVE to apply changes.

📘 This setting will apply to all existing form templates during the next completion step and will also apply to all new forms.
