You can require your drivers and employees to always add a signature before submitting a form, ensuring all completed forms are properly signed.
In the main menu on the left, open the
'Forms' module.
Click the settings gear icon
at the top right.
Check the 'Mandatory driver signature' box to require a driver (employee) signature on all forms, or uncheck it to exclude the signature requirement.
🔔 This will apply this change to all forms in your account. Only the client signatures can be managed at the individual form level.
Click SAVE to apply changes.
📘 This will apply to all existing form templates during the next completion step and will also apply to all new forms.
