How to make signatures mandatory for all forms

You can require your drivers and employees to always add a signature before submitting a form, ensuring all completed forms are properly signed. To do so:

  1. In the main menu on the left, open the 'Forms' module.

  2. Click the settings gear icon at the top right.

  3. Check the 'Mandatory driver signature' box to require a driver (employee) signature on all forms, or uncheck it to exclude the signature requirement.

    🔔 This will apply this change to all forms in your account. Only the client signatures can be managed at the individual form level.

  4. Click SAVE to apply changes.

📘 This will apply to all existing form templates during the next completion step and will also apply to all new forms.
